Ben was a brilliant engineer from first contact to job completion. Great contact and communication, he made sure to fit his visits around the work schedule I had, which I really appreciated. He gave great advice on the parts and equipment that would need to be bought and didn't try to oversell at all! Which is an absolute breath of fresh air. Really reasonable quoted time for the work to be done and he kept me up to date with each step of the progress. The work is flawless, looks great and has been flawless since. He went above and beyond for even the smallest task and I really couldn't have hoped for better work. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I am so thankful to him for all the work done.

What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
When a combi boiler can’t be used and you need more hot water the best product to have installed is an unvented hot water tank. Increased pressure making showers feel like a power shower without the noise, baths filling quicker what’s not to like. They do need to be serviced annually but this doesn’t take long and can be checked along with the boiler on an annual check up.
What is the best smart thermostat in 2020?
I have fitted lots of different makes of smart stats but for me the easiest to install is the Hive and the controller is good, easy app. Nest looks good and the app is nice and easy to use but slightly more difficult to install. I find manufactures own controllers are limited to use.
What is the best combi boiler?
For me it has to be a Worcester Bosch. 10 to 12 year guarantee on a combi and if it does breakdown you know the boiler will be fixed. Worcester have a great technical team and lots of engineers on the road. With most boilers comparing similar in outputs it has to be the after sales that you buy into.

I was very luck to get such a good work place to build my plumbing and gas skills up. Knowing Ben personally he eats and sleeps his job which reflects in his work. Bens skills are above most in his area. Would always recommend
