I asked the firm by text on 12/3/21 to undertake an EICR. I didn't hear anything...
I asked the firm by text on 12/3/21 to undertake an EICR. I didn't hear anything further in spite of various calls to it-I left messages but no return calls. I then learnt from my tenant that the report had been done and received a text on 8/4/21 asking for my address for the certificate to be sent to. This arrived with the invoice by email on 26/4/21. I paid the bill immediately and texted the firm to ask it to phone me to discuss its quote for the required works-no response-texted again on 6/5/21-no response-phoned on 13/5/21 and left message-still no response. I have therefore had to go elsewhere to get the works done
