Early Sunday morning the power in my house went out. I thought it was a power cut. I soon found out that a leak from my tank had caused it. In total panic I started ringing round for 24 hour plumbers. At least 3 didn't answer. Eventually I got in contact with Alec who told me he would get one of his best lads round straight away. Craig was round in 20 minutes. He was great. Stopped the leak and got everything back on. Came back with a piece he needed at 11 the next day and finished the job. I am so impressed with Craig, he was friendly, hard working and very reliable. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely would use him myself in the future!

Craig attended within 20 minutes of being telephoned late on a Sunday evening. He was very calm whilst he asked questions and assessed the situation. He set our minds at rest and repaired the fault. He worked in a very professional manner and communicated extremely well using layman's terms as he explained so that we understood. Craig worked very clean and tidily and was a pleasure to know. If there are any future problems at my parents, mine or my sons house, Craig will be the person being telephoned for support. Thank you Craig

What is the best combi boiler?
Every engineer has their own preferences. But I find the baxi range a fantastic product. Easy to install, cupboard fit, very quiet (had a customer comment how quiet it was... Before the cover was fitted!). I use their main brand for budget and installing the 800 series for the filter and 10 year warranty whilst offering the 600 for a little less cost if required. My go to brand for boilers.
