Spoke to Thomas at 5pm on wednesday and explained our issue, he turned up as expected at 10:30 on thursday and completed the job. All done and dusted in a couple of hours, even cleaned up after himself. Happy days.

Service was first class from great advice initially , to the time scale in which the job was done, both excellent. Clean and tidy, friendly, polite and an overall great job completed. Also answered any questions before leaving property and nothing too much trouble. Thank you and 100% will be using again.

Original call out was for a faulty holier. Thomas responded quickly to my request. Diagnosed the problem and confirmed what remedial work was required and how much it would cost. Given it was bordering on uneconomic to repair, Thomas was knowledgeable in recommending a new replacement. Quotes were prepared quickly and once I had confirmed, the installation date was agreed. On the day of fitting, Thomas arrived with all the required tools and parts (and some spares, just in case). He was friendly and got on with the job. Mess was kept to a minimum (sheets used to protect my kitchen units). The job was finished within the day and I had a quick run through the new dials and thermostat controls. All in all, a great service. We'll have to wait and see if any issues arise, as it's too soon to judge how good/efficient the new boiler is, until it's bedded in.
