Do window cleaners work in the rain?

yes, always when window cleaning and the rain doesnt affect anything other that how wet the window cleaner gets during the day. gutter cleaning it all depends on if am using the gutter vac or ladder, if its ladder I'll only go up if the rain is light as if it gets to heavy i really wouldnt risk slipping, but i suppose thats the benefit to the gutter vac

What water do window cleaners use?

traditional can be soapy water, i do use this as i do traditional method but the water happens to be pure water as i use the water from my water tank in my van. i do produce my own pure water half the time the other half i goto a pure water station as i can refill fast for my waterfed pole system/reach and wash.

Are landlords responsible for cleaning between tenants?

i think its the landlords responsible to have theres windows cleaned inside and out, ready for any new tenants to move in, now i do this for some landlords already, but other landlords tell there tenants the window cleaning is included in there tenancy agreement and that the landlord gets the bill for the windows to be cleaned and have passed my detail onto the tenant and said this is the window cleaner that will be cleaning the windows regularly. i know this gives landlords peace of mind as they know the house windows and doors wont get run down and will be maintained.
