I have absolutely no connection with Westhill Boiler Services other than they have supported me twice over the past 3 years. This small local Westhill company is one of the best businesses I have come across in over 40 years. I cannot praise them highly enough for an exceptional service and their overall way of doing business. I truly feel touched by 'goodness' (yes 'Shaun', that's who) and would recommend WBS to every household in our Westhill community and beyond. This might be a glowing recommendation which just happens to be true, factual and well deserved.

Shaun came out promptly to increase pressure in my boiler and discovered a small leak which he rectified very quickly and effectively. He was very friendly and talked me through the process so I would know how to increase pressure myself in future

Sean gave us a quote, answered all questions we had even additional questions that we emailed. His quote was cheaper than our first quote by a good few hundred pounds and that was even without us saying what we had been quoted(which we never do). When he was quoting he explained everything that was going to be done and his quote included everything, so no hidden costs. I asked if he was able to turn 3 radiator valves, he did this with no issues. We got the Hive system installed at the same time, showed us the easy way on how to work this. He had a hive plug in his van that had been there for sometime and works fine. His workmanship was very good and all materials and waste was removed. I would recommend Westhill Boiler Services highly.
