Used Plumber Dave for an elderly relative that has previously been scammed so very cautious. Dave and Georgie were fantastic! I never let anyone go in to the relative without me any more but would absolutely be happy for Plumber Dave and Daughter to be there without me. Helpful, professional, friendly and absolutely made sure I understood exactly what the issue was to be able to take back to B.Gas who actually have the maintenance contract but told us it wasn't their problem! Could so easily have fixed it and taken our money, needless to say we won't be renewing the 'emergency' cover and will be using Plumber Dave and Daughter from now on.

I needed some alterations to my shower to provide easier access now that I am severely disabled. This was not a straightforward job but plumberdave came up with a solution and carried out the job in a speedy and efficient manner. I am now able to use the shower in a way I was unable to do previously thanks to their work.

Dave and Georgie are lovely friendly people who I felt I could trust to do a good job and I wasn't disappointed. They arrived and got on with the job very efficiently, including replacing my leaking bathroom tap which was quite tricky to access. I am also very happy with my new cloakroom toilet and washbasin. I have used the services of Vulcanhall for the last ten years, first to completely renovate a property after after a burst pipe, which included installing a new boiler, and since then for regular servicing of the heating system. I have always been very happy with the services they have provided.

Our boiler stopped working and they tried to resolve the cause whilst here replacing the toilet cistern the following day but it was not possible. As we were without heating and hot water (there was no connection for the immersion heater) I asked them, having already obtained quotes the previous afternoon from others, to quote on replacing the boiler and when it could be done. They contacted suppliers and reviewed the diary and provided a good quote and advised they could install the next day or in February. We agreed to proceed the following day. As usual they turned up on time and set to immediately. They removed the old boiler, the hot water tank and drained the tank in the loft then set about installing the new combi boiler. This a house that has many surprises in how previous jobs have been done but they took it all in their stride and completed the job within the day, leaving us with a warm home and running hot water. Thank you not only for an excellent service but also for being excellent people, answering all the questions I asked and explaining everything so that I understood what was happening and needed to be done. I will recommend you to all I know who will appreciate your work and you.

Dave and Georgie turned up on time to assess the requirements as agreed for a job in my elderly mother's apartment. Quickly diagnosed issues, and parts required, procured the parts same day and then returned to complete the job. Both were kind, courteous and patient. Problem solved in a few hours. Brilliant.

Father and daughter company, lovely, efficient, tidy and helpful. I was very pleased with the service I received, the work was completed to a high standard and a day earlier than planned. I felt comfortable to ask those silly questions and I feel that the process was explained to me sufficiently. The quote was quick to be sent and the time to wait for the works to start wasn’t long either, which was fab as we head towards winter months. I have enjoyed luxuriating in the warmth from my new boiler. Highly recommend Plumber Dave and Georgie.

I recieved excellent service, they were friendly very efficient sorted my problem pretty much immediately. I was extremely happy and pleased that they saw needed help with fixing my shower as I had no way of getting my self and my children ready that they prioritised me. Plumber Dave & Georgie came over at short notice to replace an electric shower unit which had broken. Upon completion of the job we discussed future work which we’d like done by them in the near future, they provided a lot of very friendly and helpful advice and guidance and we’d definitely recommend them!
