Vinny replaced our downstairs toilet and sink/vanity unit. The job was awkward due to position of pipes but these were moved at no extra cost. Nothing leaked, everything was cleared and vacuumed up afterwards. Vinny came back the next working day to patch up some brickwork due to removal of an overflow pipe and used some of the excess cement to do a bit of pointing around the garage. We were very pleased with the job.

Our old Baxi boiler was giving us problems so we decided to replace it with another Baxi, Vinny came round gave us a quote and Vinny and Tony came round to fit it within a few days. Came 8.30am and completed the work By 2.30 pm they just carried on until they had done all that was required great workers friendly efficient and would recommend no hesitation.

Sudden failure of our boiler in the middle of a very cold spell of weather. Vinny responded immediately and having inspected the problem gave a variety of choices. We decided to replace the boiler as it was over ten years old.Vinny was able to source and fix a replacement over the following 48 hours. Wonderful service and an excellent job completed in as quick a time as possible. Thank you so much we will definately call you if we have any plumbing or gas fitting jobs in the future.

Not such a straight forward job but Vinny spent hours at home working out what was needed to do the job,wiring valves etc. too technical for me to explain in great detail. But when he encountered a problem he got advice from technical team at Baxi and sorted it out himself so we can have the heater on in Conservatory without extreme heating in rest of house, so we can save on heating bills in winter and use our Conservatory all year round. Vinny is an excellent plumber very friendly helpful and their for you when you need him, we have Vinny services our central heating boiler every year and he's far more reasonable than all these heating contracts with your energy suppliers, would highly recommend him every time. I had VPS install my boiler 3 years ago and Vinny was fantastic. The job was done quickly and under estimation. VPS are very professional and reliable. Their customer care is excellent. As a landlord I pass the contact details over to to VPS who contact my tenants direct and appoint the work. All invoicing / certification is via email the same day. The rates are very reasonable and my overall opinion is VPS are excellent.

Vinny told us about these Myson Heaters that work from your central heating and worked out which of the heaters would be best heat output for our size of conservatory,it was ordered and delivered in less than a week. Got in touch with Vinny and arranged fitting date,has usually Vinny came on given date and fitted and tested it, what a difference it's going to make this winter no more freezing Conservatory this heater sucks in the cold air and pushes by fan the heat out through grill spreading the warm air around the conservatory. I've tried electric radiator,halogen heaters,oil heaters and a central heating radiator nothing worked well enough, with this radiator being fan Convector heater the heat distribution is so much better. Thank you again Vinny...!!!

I needed a freestanding gas cooker disconnecting while I had a new kitchen floor fitted. I rang him a week before, we arranged dates and he came exactly when he said he would.Unfortunately the floor fitters were running half a day late but Vinnie rescheduled his day to get my cooker up and running. I cannot praise him highly enough.

I messaged on the friday night as i had come home to the pipework completely coming away from the main and half sink. Vinny arrived early (which was good as he informed me prior this could be the case) He was very organised, tidy and professional. Sorted out the sink with better fittings & pipework, turned equipment on (including washing machine to make sure everything was working properly and it was flowing correctly. After service was brilliant too, making sure i had no slight leaks etc. Brilliant service, couldn't ask for more than a professional who is friendly and leaves everything completed and tidy and really cares. Would recommend without hesitation (and have done) to my sister and neighbours.
