Dean contacted me to let me know it was time for my boiler to be serviced as I would not have remembered. He arrived on time, phoning me to let me know he was outside as I am 91, live on my own and obviously concerned about answering the street door to strangers. He carried out the service and bled my radiators despite having to climb over a large amount of goods that I have piled up everywhere. Dean is very polite, has a great sense of humour, takes his time to explain things to me and tidies up afterwards. He always goes above and beyond, retrieving things that I’ve dropped behind my washing machine and nothing is too much for him. I have recommended him to friends, because previous heating engineers have ripped me off and charged me for work that they hadn’t carried out as it was in the loft and I couldn’t get up there to look. He is my trusted gasman and look forward to seeing him next year

I am a 90yr old woman, living on my own and had been without heating or hot water for over a week, as a company who said they would call, let me down. A friend contacted Trusted Gasman and explained the situation and Dean said he would try and rearrange his jobs to squeeze me in.I must say Dean arrived very promptly, fitted a new boiler and heating valve at what I thought was a very competitive price, at that stage I was willing to ay anything in order to have a bath. I was expecting him to replace the cylinder as there has been a leak in the airing cupboard since another service engineer called and left me only being able to have hot water if I put the heating on. Dean explained there was no need to replace the cylinder at this stage and sorted the leak by installing the new valve. He tidied everything up before he left and took all the rubbish away with him. My home is very cluttered but he took it all in his stride, not making me feel embarrassed. He even pulled out my washing machine to retrieve my chopping board that had fallen down the back of it. He is such a lovely young man, I would not hesitate in recommending him and I really appreciate him coming to help me, as it is a busy time of year.

Needed the annual Gas Safe Certificate and Tenant concerned about leaky / noisy tap. Kirk was called in, Certificate issued, problem diagnosed. Phone call to discuss the way ahead, decided to get two taps and seized shower mixer changed for better quality equipment. Parts sourced, Time arranged with Tenant direct, job done. Very happy with the whole process.

Boiler had been malfunctioning for a few weeks. Called Dean (Trusted Gas Man) who responded very quickly and agreed to visit the house the next day. Arrived on time, friendly, professional and confident. Leaking relief valve diagnosed within minutes and cleaned out successfully. Asked if he would drain the system and top up with additive which he proceeded to do most efficiently. Left no mess, reasonable charge, great job. Will certainly go to them next time.

I rang and explained there was a worrying noise coming from our airing cupboard, Dean offered to call after he finished his job that he was doing the following day, if I didn't mind him calling in the evening. He arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed that the pump needed replacing and fortunately he had one in his van, It seemed like no time at all before the old pump was out and the new one in, he showed us the old pump, it was in such a state that he was surprised our heating was still working. While here he checked our radiators, several needed bleeding and made sure we were happy with his work before leaving. Dean was very professional and didn't talk down to us; he did not try and sell us a new boiler or a power flush, like many other engineers have done when we've had work carried out in the past. I would like to add that the next day we had to turn the heating down as our house was so hot; we had turned it right up as we were freezing but assumed it was because it had been particularly cold out, but now realise that our heating wasn't working efficiently as it should have been before his visit, We have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly be calling them again to carry out our annual boiler service

As a business in central London we struggle to find tradesmen that actually turn up and when they do we're usually disappointed with the level of service but this is far from the case with Trusted Gasman. Dean turned up when promised, was really professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He replaced our old programmer with a much better model which means we won't have to come back to a freezing office after the Christmas break! We were also really happy with how fast he sent over the quote and invoice and with the price - great communication all round! Trusted Gasman are definitely now on our trusted suppliers list.

Kirk came in and gave us a great breakdown of the issue and how it would have occurred. It gave me a great idea of how it might have happened and if its something that could be fixed that day. Once he had figured out the issue we were cooking with gas and he got straight to work fixing it. He even came a second time round because the first time had not resolved anything. And if that wasn't enough he came back a third time on the same day literally straight away to fix another issue that had arisen. Kirk was brilliant and and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
