We had our boiler serviced by Tristan Gas and we can not fault this Gas Safe company. The engineer arrived on time, was professional and efficient. Office staff were nice and helpful, I was originally given a two hour window for the engineers arrival and received a text when the engineer was on his way. Prices are competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

What is the Baxi boiler e20 fault / error code?
The same problem as the e50 fault code, but instead of being on the hot water side of the boiler this sensor is situated on the central heating side of the boiler. The exact same resistances are for the hot water and central heating. To renew this sensor the boiler will normally be isolated on the flow and return isolation valves, and drained down to change the NTC sensor. The repair should be normally completed in a hour and the price of a new NTC sensor costing no more than usually £30.
What is the Baxi boiler e50 fault / error code?
This fault is the hot water NTC sensor. The sensor can be tested by using a multi-meter and checking the resistance of the sensor in ohms. Resistance will be reduced with increase in temperature within the boiler. The repair is a very straight forward repair and can be completed within a hour.
What is the best combi boiler?
Tristan Gas are a Baxi Member and in my opinion I've found the baxi platinum the best combi boiler on the market. It is a very reliable boiler, easy to install and service and comes with a 10 year warranty. Also, I recommended baxi to all my customers and price wise it depends on location and other factors to taken into consideration e.g flue position, new pipe work etc.
