I was really impressed with the thorough job done. My wife had been worried about chemicals and her asthma but he mainly uses steam and natural ingredients and elbow grease- far less of a chemical approach than buying a carpet cleaner at the super market.

Alex and Dani are such an efficient team! We called, booked and paid within a week so there was no delay to our moving in date and the carpets were amazing! We were really just looking to clean from a disinfectant point of view but the carpets have a new lease of life. The hall carpet looks younger, if that’s possible. Even spilt coffee stains in the bedroom had improved; we didn’t expect that! We’d highly recommend The Carpet Man and will definitely use them again.

I was given a time of 2/2.30pm but it was actually about 3pm before the carpet cleaner turned up - they were very apologetic when they arrived and explained the reason for the delay which I was understanding of and appreciated. The actual service was great, carpet and chair look as good as new. Disruption was next to none and all completed in just over an hour. Would definitely use the Carpet Cleaner Man again and recommend to friends & family.

The carpet was generally grubby from living in the country and having 3 dogs. Afterwards it looked immaculate and the colour of the water extracted was just gross. Arrived on time as promised, loads of timely communication beforehand, worked neatly and efficiently. All in all an excellent service that I would heartily recommend. Will probably rebook to get it cleaned again after winter.

My carpets were embarrassing they were so dirty especially my living room and hall I have two large dogs and I really thought I would have buy new carpets but after cleaning they are looking absolutely brilliant so pleased with results.I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I am a landlord and have previously used the services of The Carpet Cleaner Man to deep clean and sanitise the floors and carpets of my flats when the outgoing tenants have not made any attempt to carry out cleaning to remove dirt, grime and pet odours including urine stains. Post completion of cleaning by Alex the flats smell fresh, clean and free of odours just as they should. The service is great value with reasonable costs to landlords knowing that the property has been expertly cleaned and sanitised in readiness for the next tenant. I have no hesitation in making recommendation of this company....

Due to a period of illness one of our children's bedrooms was heavily soiled due to incontinence over a prolonged period. We had tried everything but were unable to get it really clean and smelling okay. The Carpet Man came, arrived on time, explained the process clearly and tailored it to our requirements, worked very hard, and did an amazing job throughout. It is like having new carpets for a fraction of the cost. My daughter's room is back to smelling fresh and clean, all of the stains are gone and the carpets in all of the rooms are as good as new! I would highly recommend this firm.

I phoned up on Sunday and got a quick quote on the phone and booked in for Tuesday. Alex turned up very punctual and straight to work. My living room carpet is beige & with 2 dogs & 2 cats & a family of four in the room everyday it was looking a bit grubby & smelly. I hired a rug doctor at Tesco & although it seemed to clean it ok it left it looking flat & the smell remained. Found the carpetman on Facebook & decided to have it done again & what a difference! Smells completely gone & the pile has lifted again to it looking brand new again( carpet is 5yrs old). I'm over the moon with it. There response to email enquiry was answered almost immediately & he arrived bang on arranged time. I will be using them again for sure!

The team that came to my house were polite, professional and right on time. They came in hassle free and fired on. They had done the job within the hour and I couldn't have expected the results!! For an old carpet it came up wonderfully and they even used a machine to help speed up the drying process so my 2 year old could potter without worrying about chemicals or him getting wet. I have already recommended him as the price was unbeatable!

Alex arrived bang on time and set to work immediately on the carpet. To be honest I didn't think he would be able to get some of the stains out. Red wine, coffee, tea etc but amazingly it came up brilliantly and looks brand new again. I can't believe it looks so good. Alex explained exactly what he was doing and the chemicals he was using. I am absolutely delighted with the end result. This is a carpet that cost over £1000 and the room isn't that big so you can imagine my amazement at just how clean it looks now. I will definitely have Alex back again to do the hall and bedroom carpets in the near future. Easily 5 star rating.

Had a nightmare incident involving a one and a half year old catapulting coco pops across our platinum carpet! The carpet man cleaner turned up within 3 hours, treated then cleaned the areas and the carpet was dry 4 hours later. Stains gone and very happy

Didn't think the bedroom carpet was too bad, just wanted it freshened up a bit. Couldn't believe how great it looked after Alex had finished. It was like new, amazing. So I asked him if he had time to freshen up the mattress too. He was so easy to speak to and helpful in everyway. Have told all my friends and I'm sure they will be ringing him soon.
