Sam and Ben and the team at Sure Group are amazing. Following an attempted break-in they came to board up our smashed full length glass door at the back of the house at midnight so we could sleep with peace of mind. The next day Sam drove for three hours to ensure the glass was replaced that same day. They quoted a great price from the outset, and were really helpful cleaning up when they were done. Called 4 locksmiths, explained problem of not being able to securely lock a rear composite door. Sure Group sounded professional and gave me an estimated cost dependent on one of two possibilities. Had a house party 3 windows got smashed called sure group sam who came out was very friendly and helpful came out with in 60 mins and reglazed the SAME DAY Very good fair priced clean and tidy would definitely recommend
