Kane was methodical in his approach in diagnosing the problem, spoke to me about all the options we had available and what he would advice. Was able to explain about how the original heating system was designed and any improvements that could be considered for the future. Not all people that work with heating systems are a true engineer by definition. Kane is the true definition of what a great engineer should be. Able to isolate specific issues and explain a complex system simply.

Am super pleased that we have found this company- Cain is delightful snd extremely professional and efficient- totally respectful in the current covid lockdown and gives us reassurance that our appliances are ok - was very impressed when he came out early in December when we had problems with our gas fire - he found the problem and sorted it swiftly and very reasonably- today was our boiler service and I am booking him for next year - absolutely .

My boiler keeps on overheating, why?
Overheating boiler can be as simply as thermistors not registering the correct heat or something a bit more serious like sludge. And form of circulation issue such as slow pump, air, sludge or blockages can do all sorts of heating issues. Without sludge protection or powerflushing sludge can corroded and cause leaks or reduce efficiency costing more money in gas bills
Why does the pressure keep dropping on my combi boiler?
Losing pressure simply comes from losing the water in the system. That can be a leak on the system, in the pipes or radiators or through a cracked heat exchanger which would run out through the condense pipe and never be seen. Also an expansion vessel with no air will cause the pressure to rise with expansion and leave via the pressure reducing valve.
