Mark was a life saver. My boiler broke on Friday leaving me with a baby and no hot water or heating. We had British Gas out who said we needed a new boiler but I had a wait for just a quote and then I would have a wait for installation. I was very stressed and emotional specially as its my daughters 1st birthday coming up. I had referred to Mark by a very close family friend and it was the best refer ever. He replied straight away offer a quote over a video call and then emailed me a quote start away. He then was here first thing Momday morning with a new boiler and it was all installed and up and running by the afternoon. I can't recommend anymore and would 100% use him again and recommend him to anyone who has any boiler issues.

Mark has always been a reliable tradesman for all our plumbing issues since living in our current property. He is polite and hard-working, delivering a fair service and always the best advice. Our boiler broke down just as weather temperatures began to drop, he assessed the issue and recommended a new boiler over repairs due to cost of each part. He managed to fit us in quickly which was ideal with us having a mixer shower rather than electric! There was a slight issue with our tado heating system and Mark worked a bit later to solve it and then came back the next day after I had mentioned a leak from one of the pipes! Honestly so easy to deal with and we can't recommend him enough!

Needed a heating engineer fairly quickly and a friend put me on to Mark he arrived early and after a brief chat he found the problem . He called his local stockist of spares and went and picked them up . He showed me where the leak was and encouraged me to stay and watch him .Mark was friendly and very professional at all times. I was able to have an initial meeting with my plumber via video & show him the problems I was having prior to his visit. He arrived the same day to carry out a full inspection. He wore PPE & carried out his assessment efficiently, explaining the reasons for my difficulty.I needed 2 new elements in my tank. My plumber sent me a cost breakdown on the spot & returned to carry out the work today. No mess, no fuss & I now have hot running water.

My internal stopcock didn't actually stop the water. Mark advised me by phone about what work might be needed, and what the worst case scenario would be in terms of work involved and costs. We agreed an appointment and Mark kept me updated by text about when he would be arriving. When he looked at the stopcock, he was able to repair the old one instead of having to do a full replacement (which would have involved cutting a section out of the wall), and this made the job cheaper too. Mark was very friendly and tidy, and kept me informed of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Good service all round and much appreciated.

We had attempted to plumb in a washing machine and dishwasher over the weekend but could not get the washing machine connection to stop leaking. Mark clearly explained the issue, replaced our cheap components with quality parts and left everything looking perfect. I also really appreciated that he took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. This is the second tight spot he has got us out of and it's great to know we have someone reliable we can call on to sort out these kinds of issues. He's very friendly and approachable and charges very fairly - couldn't have asked for better service.

Really pleased with the service I got from this trader. From the point of contact to getting the job done it was very efficient. Just before I called Mark I had another plumber out who took money from me for doing nothing. Mark's approach was straight forward and professional, he is competent in his field and most importantly does what needs to be done in a genuine manner. It's hard to find trustworthy traders but I am pleased to say I found one here and would would highly recommend, and will keep his number for any future work. I rang Mark at 8.40am about my leaking pipe and having no water. He responded within 10 minutes, confirmed within 20mins that he would be with me within the hour, which he was. The repair was dealt with quickly and professionally. Also in these Covid 19 times, Mark was fastidious about face mask, wiping down the card machine for paying and keeping his distance. Friendly and knowledgable, he also advised me about the lead pipe just on the entry to my property, noting to worry about he said, but explained what I could do if I wished. Highly recommended.

This is the second year that I have had Summit Plumbing working in my house, and I cannot praise him highly enough. Mark responds promptly to messages, and generally shows up the same day to do the estimate. The estimate is itemized, showing exactly what is needed, and where there are options, he lists them, with prices. He keeps me informed when ordering parts, and scheduling visits for installation, and then shows up and gets the job done. In the almost 20 years I've owned this house I have had some terrible plumbers, and some mediocre ones, but this is the first time I have had such a competent service. Thank you!

Before even beginning the service, Mark checked the meter, and found I had a leak. He identified the leak to the cooker, and offerred to fix it for me. He then did a thorough service on the boiler, and did not even suggest charging me extra for finding I had a leak and then locating it.

Mark came to remove our old boiler to install a Worcester boiler. As soon as he opened the bathroom cupboard he said he could smell gas! I had smelt gas before, and lots of engineers over the last couple of years had never said it was a problem even though I said I could smell gas. Mark to the rescue. Rather than just ignore the situation, he found not one but two gas leaks and fixed them, doing all the proper gas safety checks and showed me what he was doing to reassure me all was safe. Although this pushed his work day back, Mark was still more than happy to plod on to get the job done in time! We are really grateful and would recommend Summit Heating to anyone.

The toilet flush and float system broke on my loo nearly 8 weeks ago. I was promised visits by 3 different plumbers, none of which showed up. We obtained Mark Twiffort's details from a relative and as promised he arrived on the day stated, calling in advance to say he was on the way. Mark then checked out the problem, popped to the local plumbing merchants for the parts and the job was done in just over half an hour. Very clean and tidy job, and I now have a lovely working toilet again (and my kittens can stop investigating the water in the cistern!). Very handy that Mark carries a card reader so it was easy to pay and I was emailed an invoice before he'd left the house. Great job and will be my first port of call if I need a plumber in the future.

My tenant called to say the boiler went out and she had no heat or hot water. I called a '24/7' service on Saturday, who were rude, useless and finally said they could not get anyone out until at least Monday. Back to yelp.com and found this company, and I honestly could not have found a better service. He was at the house within the hour, and contacted me with an honest appraisal of the problem and solution. Call out fee was reasonable and I will definitely want to use this company again.

When completing the job, Mark was efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. The radiators look great and the washing machine is perfect where it is.
