Mr Hird came very quickly (within two hours) to sort out the leak. He explained the problem clearly, ordered the part immediately, made the boiler safe and returned early the next day with the new part to mend the boiler. I trust him.

This was a follow on from a CORGI call-out. Matt carried that out with care and expertise giving more than required. His advice and knowledge led to this visit to flush to boiler, something a previous plumber (different firm) had failed to do satisfactorily. He carried out the job very efficiently and was very informative about what he was having to do and why. Very neat worker. The price for the work was excellent. 5 stars on all fronts.
