What is the average cost to rewire a house?
As a rule of thumb in the North-West you would roughly be looking at approx £1,000 per bedroom. (3 Bed - £3,000, 4 Bed - £4,000, & so on) There are many factors to take into account such as the housing being empty or full of furniture, standard pendants or downlights, fans, Underfloor heating, USB sockets, dimming, external power & many other factors. The best option would be to get us round to work out what your exact requirements are.
