My home needed a full rewrite and after speaking to friends was recommended to contact S&G. After contacting S&G they come out and provided a really competitive quote and answered all my questions I had concerning the rewire and how my house would be after completion of the work. When carrying out the full rewire S&G arrived each day on time and went about their work effectively & efficiently. As I was not living in the house on a permanent basis on regular occasions S&G would provide me with updates with how the work was progressing & timescales of completion which left me reassured the job was in hand and being carried out to meet my expectations. Upon completion of the rewrite I arrived to the house with each room fully cleaned and all dust removed which removed which any need for me to fully clean the house. I highly recommend S&G for there friendly, polite and brilliant service and have used them since fo other electrical jobs and will be doing so again in the future.

We have used S&G Electrical a few times now and the service has been excellent, Lee has arrived on time every time. and his qaulity of work is excellent. Lee fitted electrics in our summer house and shed in my garden and I have since seen others summer house's and I am so please with the tidy and profesional job I had done compared to others. I would not hesitate to recommend S&G to my family and friends and will use S&G again in the future.

How often should a house be rewired?
There is no set guidelines for rewiring your property but if your home is more than 20-30 years old it would always be best to get an EICR carried out to determine the condition of the electrical installation. If you are going to be carrying out a lot of refurbishment works such as a new kitchen/bathroom/extension this could also be a good time to have your house rewired as everything could then be done at once
What different types of CCTV camera are there?
There are many types off cctv cameras that you can get varying from very low megapixel to very high definition cameras, the best types of cctv camera for you will all depend on the needs of your home/business premises. It would always be best to contact an installer to come and have a look first and talk you through the best system you would need
What are the benefits / advantages of installing CCTV?
Cctv can be used if your property has previously been a target of a robbery or the cctv can be installed before any of this is allowed to happen as a form of deterrent to burglars. With all cctv systems it is essential you choose the right type for your property and how many cameras you will need or if you want to add extra in the future you can always go with a bigger dvr to start
