Our boiler packed in, but Sandy helped from day one, was knowledgeable, helpful and even worked on his day off to help us. Unlike some tradesmen, when the job needed less work he let us know and saved us some money. Huge thanks to Sandy, it was a pleassure to meet you and thanks for looking after us. Boiler break down and contacted Sandy in evening. Attended next day to evaluate job and quote given same day. Sandy attended property in 2 days to do install out of hours so we had heating and hot water. Job completed quickly and efficiently and he gave an overview on heating controls. Well known competitors were quoting extortionate prices and 14 days for installation. Can not praise Sandys work high enough apart from 5 stars and will recommend him to anyone requiring heating or plumbing

Sandy was very helpful & informative before installation day, and when he came to install the boiler he worked tirelessly from the moment he arrived until he was finished, completing in a morning a job I had expected would take all day. When he left, there was no sign that he’d been here (apart from the lovely new boiler!). He took all the old equipment and every piece of his packaging away him. He was also very patient in explaining the controls and programming to me! I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Sandy came to us in an emergency when I’d been injured in the property and the water needed to be capped and made safe again. He came immediately and helped and we will be forever grateful to him. Very friendly and knowledgeable without appearing to be be a know it all. Absolutely fantastic

Sandy gives plenty reminders of job start date and appeared on time 8am and just got stuck in ripping out old system after covering floor with sheets and then he never stopped until new boiler was all fitted and working and explained the new wireless thermostatic control, he even connected up my exchange high pressure shower from a gravity system unit, very nice guy and nothing is too much trouble,would highly recommend Sandy to anyone.

Sandy installed a new combi boiler today, I would highly recommend his work he was very tidy and friendly and did a great job explaining how everything works! Will definitely be getting Sandy to do future jobs.

Sandy installed a new combi boiler and totally renovated the bathroom. He answered all my questions with regard to type of boiler and what would suit the bathroom. He had good ideas and nothing was too much trouble. He also had an excellent team of other tradesmen.
