We had used this firm for several small jobs and when we decided to do a complete bathroom refurbishment, we decided to go with them despite them not being the cheapest. However, we hoped that our previous positive experience would be replicated. Unfortunately, the quote we were given was not transparent. This led to a dispute between ourselves. Their first response when it was raised was to become very aggressive and threaten us with court action. Advice from Citizen's Advice Bureau stated that mediation should happen first, which we undertook to take. After much back and forth where it became clear that the original quote was not transparent and the final invoice was not complete - we took the step to resolve it and meet them in the middle for the costs. We also informed them that the shower that they installed did not work and tiles were already coming up off the floor, only two weeks later. They haven't taken any action to resolve this. So overall, a poor experience and we cannot recommend them.
