Steve has been servicing my boiler since we moved in. The first service he did was on an 8 year old boiler with no service history. He clean d it out and got it burning cleanly. The following 2 years were routine services. Due to the installation draining the condensate to under the kitchen sink, the drain clogging blocked the boiler condensate draining. I messaged Steve on a Saturday afternoon explaining the boiler wasn't working. Steve came out first thing Monday morning and replaced the poorly fitted drainage (from new build house original install) and competed a major service to ensure none ofye other boiler arts were affected by the blockage. All done by lunchtime and explained in an easy to understand manner.

Steve installed a new boiler, hot water tank and control system for the radiators. His work was exceptional and he completed the work on budget and on time. His attention to detail is incredible and we managed to rectify the problems left behind the previous plumbing engineer we had used. We would not hesitate in recommending Steve.
