Routley and Lemon were recommended to me by a friend who was having his flat renovated at the time. I needed an Electrical Test and certificate doing at my place of work and contacted them to see if they were available. They were able to come over very quickly after our conversation to make their assessment. I was immediately impressed by the depth of knowledge they had in their field and felt confident they were the right people for the job. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and came in on quote. I would absolutely use them for future work and can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

What is the average cost to rewire a house?
The easiest answer is, there is no average cost. As it all depends on spec.location easy of install etc. As each house is different with different needs for the house owner, unless is a bog standard fit out for a housing estate or similar type of property. We only quote to the clients needs.
How often should a house be rewired?
A house should be rewired if it fails an Electrical Installation Condition Report, if there's a change of use, i.e. more electrical power is needed because of a change of hands, for example or the power output of the property no longer meets the requirements of the user and therefore needs to be rewired to suit.
