Our existing heat pump was misbehaving, short cycling and not heating either the hot water or radiators adequately. The inside thermal store had also sprung an un-reparable leak. Richard recommended changing both the heat pump and store for new units and we agreed. The new components were delivered on the following Friday and Richard and his engineer arrived on the Sunday after to fit. They both worked steadily through the day and by 1800 hours the radiators were hotter than they have ever been. We now have a perfect installation with the pump purring softly giving us all the hot water and home heating we could ever need. And here's one for the record books. Richard has telephoned twice to make sure everything is working as it should be. Great after sales! RMM are professionals and fully deserve the 5 star ratings. And by the way, our heating bills have been almost halved. From a happy customer.

I called RMM heating services and spoke to Ricky he was very helpful and arranged to visit my property the same day as I did not have any heating. He arrived and repaired my gas boiler. He was very professional and did a superb job. I would highly recommend.
