Mark provides such as excellent service, always keeping his promises in relation to the work activity required to be completed. His professional approach to every job delivers fantastic customer service, being flexible around the job in hand, ensuring that everything is considered. The radiator that needed re-seating was not an easy task due to the weight involved, but Mark had a solution for all problems that he faced. Completing the work, causing no disruption to the rest of the house and cleaning up after the job without being asked. Top class service with ever engagement that I have had with Mark and Richard Simmons Heating.

I've used Matt to service my boiler for many years now after he did a job initially on one of my neighbours. He's a friendly plausible guy who is totally honest about the work he has to do. I have total faith in him and his ability to carry out any work relating to Heating and Plumbing matters. He's now merged with a couple of other guys and the new system of serving reminders each year, the confirmation emails the day before a job is being done and then the proper invoice afterwards is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I firmly believe Richards Simmons Heating is a young growing company, one whom I wholly recommend for Central Heating Installations, maintenance and Repairs. Based on their performance, in respect of new boiler installation for a close family member we contact them for a quote for a large installation: New Boiler (re-located), all new radiators and valves (several additional in different locations), Wi-Fi thermostat and Control (including outside weather sensor) and most important to me Power Wash of the new System. Our experience: 1. The Team was most knowledgeable 2. Clear understanding of customer needs and establishing most viable package solution 3. No frills quote providing excellent value 4. A most professional and courteous approach to all aspects of work 5. Worked in a diligent manner to complete installation to plan 6. High quality of work with great attention to detail 7. Most considerate when work in customers premises, clean and careful Overall we agree it was one of the best expenditures we have made, money well spent. Matt came highly recommended a couple of years ago and was one of only a few plumbers to get back to me regarding my desperate plea for help around New Year that year. He couldn't actually attend, but gave me lots of helpful advice, so I chose him to install a new boiler when the need arose. At that point he provided an excellent service where an attention to detail was evident, he was considerate of my needs, and he explained in detail his recommendations related to my requirements. He worked incredibly hard to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced regarding hot water for any longer than absolutely necessary and I was very impressed with the work undertaken because his skill and attention to detail meant he found a neater solution than we'd initially agreed. He has just been to service my ATAG boiler for its first service, and once again, I've felt more than confident in his advice and the work undertaken. I've had a great year of reliable hot water and a toasty house, and I would recommend Matt (and an ATAG boiler to anyone).

The two engineers, Mark & Matt, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were always happy to explain what was going on, and were a pleasure to have at the property. All work was neat and generated the least disruption possible. Mark was the only engineer that we contacted that was able to fit the boiler in an existing outside boiler shed, which housed our existing boiler. All other companies wanted to fit the boiler in the loft, which required a great deal of disruption, with pipes and wiring on the walls of the house. I wanted a Heat Only boiler with a long guarantee and Mark recommended an Atag boiler with a 10 year warranty. I had never heard of Atag, but after a little research I was pleased to take Mark's recommendation. The great thing with Atag is that if anything goes wrong with the boiler, all warranty work is carried out by Mark's company and not some third party. I am extremely pleased with my choice. An excellent Company that I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Matt has serviced and repaired our old boiler on a couple of occassions, when it finally needed replacing he comprehensively talked us through all the options and gave us his recommendation. We had never heard of ATAG but when we researched it everything he said was spot on! Our new boiler was fitted while we were away on holiday, we felt comfortable leaving Matt in our home, he is honest, conscientious and customer focused. You get the real impression that they are selling a service not just a one off job. We would be happy to recommend Richards Simmons heating to family and friends

After finding myself with no heating yesterday, I went into panic mode, first it was freezing, but majorly how much it was going to cost to fix. A friend advised me to contact Mathew, he got back to me straight away and arranged to come out this morning. He was so efficient and friendly, even showing me what the problem was and having the parts ready on his van. Excellent service and value for money value for money. I will definitely be getting him back for a service.

When our boiler gave up just before Christmas we thought we were in for a cold one with no hot water. I rang following a search on Facebook and spoke to Tom who came round within the hour. 2 days later we had a new boiler fitted and now looking forward to a much better Christmas cannot fault the service
