New shower fitted in June for elderly couple in their 90's in June 22. Shower running only cold in December so stil under Warranty one would assume? We tried to contact this company by telephone 5 times, text message and email over 5 days. NO Response!! I realise with the current weather conditions they are probably busy but I would have thought at least a response of some sort!! Ended up calling out another plumber who arrived and sorted the same day
