James has been servicing my boiler over the last few years. On his last visit he noticed that there was some unwanted matter in the radiators which was affecting the temperature of some parts of the radiators. He flushed the system through and now the difference is incredible! All the radiators are working really well and I’m delighted that I took his advice to get it done. Thank you.

I rang James late yesterday afternoon after the pressure in my boiler dropped dramatically. After a very clear set of things to check, James explained what the problem was and promptly ordered the part needed. This afternoon he rang to let me know he was as on his way and arrived with the part ready to sort out our problem. He explained what he had to replace and promptly completed the job. He checked the radiators and gave us some useful advice for future reference. We now have pressure and a heating system that works! Thank you!

James has saved us on two occasions now, a gas leak (screw through pipe..) and boiler breakdown. This time was for the boiler breakdown where he discovered it had failed mainly because the system was full of rubbish from not being flushed at new installation by BG 5 years ago... He pressurised the system, power flushed it and fixed the broken valve to make the system better! We now have hot radiators where they have only been warm before. Friendly, efficient and tidy, would definitely recommend. Thanks James!
