My mums very old boiler gave up last week and we needed a replacement fitted as soon as possible as my mum is 90 and housebound. This company fitted her in very quickly which was really good of them. The old system is very old and the boiler fitter had quite a job on his hands fitting the new one and getting it to work with the existing CH system. But he managed it in the end even though it was 8pm when he finished. I can't thank enough the fitter and the other team members that came out to assist during the day. I would definitely choose this company again if I had any other need of their services. I was so impressed.

Luke who was doing the job was on time and started working right away. He worked right throughout the day with barely a stop and gave me confidence in what he was doing. When he had finished and after cleaning up afterwards he took the time to explain to me how the locks worked and I felt like he was making sure I was able to do this. The following day he came back for a little while just to clean the windows and make sure everything was in order. Luke was a very likeable person and I would be happy for him to do any more work for me which will probably be happening because I need a new back door. Engineer (Pete) completed the service, fixed the issue of pressure drop and went through the issues that he found. We had a radiator removed a few years ago and decided it was a mistake and would have a replacement fitted. E-mailed Rainhill Heating who got back to me to provide a quote and give a date for the work to be carried out. The engineer arrived as promised and completed the work to a high standard. He took care to protect our wooden floors with coverings. He changed his original idea for the new piping to allow for a better finish. He fully tested the work before leaving and cleaned all areas. I would certainly recommend Rainhill Heating.

We had been having trouble with our old boiler for a couple of years, so decided to 'bite the bullet' and get a new one. After getting a massive shock at the cost of a new boiler from British Gas, we decided to go with Danny's company and his workmanship and professionalism not only met, but exceeded my expectations. His lads came and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and removed the old boiler. First class and highly recommended. We also had a new towel rail radiator fitted, and again, a first class job. Thank you.
