What is the best combi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?
Would depend on how many bathrooms/en-suite were in the dwelling which would affect the draw of hot water, thus a larger boiler might be required if property has more than one bathroom. But usually I would recommend a 24kw combi boiler Preferably a Worcester or a vaillant. Radiators not usually an issue for the smaller property
What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
Removed need for extra tanks Give a good supply of mains pressure hot water Ideal for larger house More efficient than older style cylinders Has as immersion heater Frees up valuable space Reduces noise due to no tank filling up after running hot water Easier and cheaper to install
