Their are several different causes for this fault. It indicates there is no temperature rise after the burner starts. This could be caused by a faulty sensor or now water in the system. Firstly you should check the water pressure on the gauge on the boiler if it is showing lower than 1bar the water will need topped up via the filling loop. If the water pressure is ok you will need to call a Gas Safe Registered engineer to repair the problem.
