Hi I'm George from Louis Gas & heating LTD. The f67 fault in a vaillant boiler is a fault is electronic fault in flame system this is usually due to a failure in the electronics or poor flame signal. Its usually down to electronics within the boiler. Always use a gas safe engineer to diagnose the fault on any boiler
