Tamped concrete gives the best grip on a slope . But it all depends how much of a slope as the concrete can sag if too much of a slope? You can get an adhesive that can be painted over any surface which has like a sandy non slip coating . if you are able to concrete the drive there is also a way where you can flatten the concrete then float it and once it starts to harden you put lines in the concrete using a stiff yard broom I hope this helps ?
