You have separate zones in a bathroom and these are based on what can be put in a certain zone. Zone 0 minimum ipx7/12v selv this is the area within a bath tub or shower tray. Zone 1 minimum ipx4 this the area directly above a bath or within a shower cubicle Zone2 minimum ipx4 thus is the area outside the showe zone Outside zones also known as zone 3 normal rules apply but at least ip44 or above. Each has its place in a bathroom
