Personally I think Drayton wiser is the best out there with it’s Individual radiator thermostats giving complete control to your whole house with weather compensation via local weather stations. Alexa compatible geo enabled. Simple easy to use App for control from anywhere you can get a signal.also can be installed as a starter kit and added to as and when customers want too.

At Inspired Smart Living Ltd, we've been installing Tado products in the Hythe and Folkestone area. We chose Tado due to the options for thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) which enable you to control each room separately. This is particularly useful if you've an older heating system which only has one pipework zone as it means you only heat the areas you need to. The app is easy to use and has excellent scheduling features and they have excellent support for a huge range of boilers / systems. Finally if something does go wrong, then you can speak to an actual person on the phone who will talk you through fixing the issue.

In my opinion. Nest Thermostats are far superior to the other options given here. Nest Thermostats are easy to install and set up without extra hubs connected to your router. They provide smart control of your heating, enabling you to control your heating remotely or simply set time and temperature control to enable the most efficient heating of your house.

Hive would be the best thermostat in my opinion, it has an easy to use interface and can be easily set up by even the most technophobe customers. It also has a great range of bolt on products like security cameras, light bulbs and door/window sensors. I prefer to set my thermostat how I like it, not how the thermostat thinks I like it.

In my opinion, Nest is the best thermostat. Hive isn't actually a thermostat because it does not learn anything as far as I'm aware Hive is not opentherm compatible. Nest is also far easier to use. You will never require to set up a heating schedule manually. The nest controller will automatically set one up for you because it has a motion sensor built into the device.
