If the integral filling loop is of the type which requires a key then it cannot be filled without the key being in position. Replacement keys are readily available from any good plumbers merchant. An alternative would be to have an external filling loop fitted. Some people find it difficult to correctly align the key and may find an external filling loop to be a better option.

If it is a keyed filling loop (some are now keyless with a blue lever) then you would need to purchase a replacement key for your boiler. Other than this you could have a seperate loop fitted but this would be more expensive .......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
