To raise the fall/pitch of a flat roof starts on average around £150/£180 per SQM. Obviously access, roof covering will all play factors in terms of cost. (Whether it be felt, asphalt, grp/fibreglass, lead, epdm, liquid rubber/plastic & single ply). A site visit is always best, but photos should be sufficient to gain a quotation.

To raise a flat roof is approximately £150 per square meters. It will vary due to a few factors but rule of thumb is about £150 per square meters. Access, hoist size, roof covering and insulation are all factors that could see the price rise or decrease so it’s hard to be specific.
