To know the cost to paint any property we need to see the property first. How is the condition of the walls and woodwork if they have any stain,how is painted before and if they have proper preparation. After that depending on the materials the costumer want and the finish quality desired. And we calculate all this and we know the price for that job.

It is very difficult to say, we would normally come out and look over the property to asses a number of things. 1) The amount of remedial work needed to make the walls good for painting. 2) Asses any damage that may need extra care and attention such as water marks from any leaks, etc. 3) look over the woodwork and asses any damage that would need wood filling to make sure of a sharp finish. 4) Look over the number of doors and disscuas options for the finish (gloss, eggshell, etc). New builds should be fairly straight forward but again we would need to visit the property to provide an accurate quote.

impossible to say, Any professional decorator would be willing to come out to quote the job for free to give you a more accurate quote, No of bedrooms, finish required, level of prep needed, whether there is a budget involved, new build....all these have to be taken into account...quotes take up a lot of time to prepare, out of hours, so we have to be clear on all points
