We charge between 100 to 150 pound. This depends on the condition of the property as well. Mostly we only charge the above but this includes a lot. Some companies may charge more. But no end of tenancy should be quoted over the phone. If they do that there not very professional. We always say to our clients to always get an on-site quotation.

I paid £200 in 2017 south east area for a full clean in a 2 bedroom flat. Carpets washed and cleaned. Hob and oven fully cleaned. Full bathroom & kitchen clean and all bedrooms, lounge hallways throughout. All came out very good, the property looked great after. Well worth the money and only took a day
