We charge a flat fee of £20 a room. This includes all carpets, all furnishings, sinks, toilets, showers, walls, skirting boards and interior windows. Oven cleaning is usually an extra £50. Very important to check exactly what services you get beforehand to prevent any nasty suprises.

Depends on the size and condition of the property can range from £75 to £300. The bigger the property the more the cost and the worse condition it is in. Always get a onsite quotation never over the phone. Always ask what cleaning is included In that price and ask for it to be stated on your quote so there’s no arguments. What I’m saying is always ask and then you will know what your getting. We here clean every thing top to bottom on our end of tenancy’s. There is nothing in the house that won’t be cleaned.

We charge £15 per hour for end of tenancy cleans. Depending on property size we'd suggest £60 - £80. This would include a thorough deep clean, carpets cleaned, dusting, over clean, bathroom scrubbed, kitchen cupboards and floors throughout. A tenancy clean us more expensive as it must be ready for occupation by the new tenants.
