It really depends on the amount of screed over it and how well insulated the slab is. A rough guide would be approximately 2 hours per 1 degree c rise to heat the room to the required temperature. Once it is up to temperature the slab retains heat for a longer time than radiators. It is also typically ran less than 40 degrees in temperature so helps save on energy usage. In short there's are many variables to underfloor heating heat up and heat retention times. Like with any thermostat the trick is to find the sweet spot where you're not to hot not too cold and keep the room at that temperature.
