To render straight onto brick 2 bed terraced can take anything from 2 days with sand and cement. 3 bed detached can take roughly about 5 days. Things that need to be taken into consideration are the preparation, does the property have pebble dash or old render applied? Good practise is to remove this first before applying new coating which will take longer. New coloured renders can usually be applied quicker as it goes on in one coat, can also be machined applied on large areas.
