Yes it is possible. A lot of things need to be considered before doing this. Main issue would be cost. It would also need to be examined by a structural engineer before anything happens. Once the structural engineer has gave his thoughts and requirements, the fun/work can then begin.

Yes you can convert it to a pitched roof but there may be other things to consider like load bearing capacity of the roof timbers/wall plates etc. It’s always best to get a few opinions from well established and competent roofing firms and possibly a structural engineer who can calculate the loads involved in the conversion first before you go ahead.

yes you can convert a flat roof to a pitched roof, but personally I would consider waiting until the flat roof needed replacing because of the cost involved! also unless it's a really small roof I would consider a structural engineer because of the extra weight involved, assuming you are using concrete tiles.

Find a trade
