Mark has done many jobs for us in the past as we have 3 Saniflo toilets. More recently he did all the research & replaced an ancient sump pump in the basement, also replacing other worn out parts that would have fitted soon after. He called to check it was going well & returned to tweak any issues. Mark has always been highly professional, punctual and gone the extra mile in making sure things are fixed for the long term. He is very tidy & always cheerful. He's a top man and very good at all aspects of plumbing. My first choice, every time.

How to fix a leaking / dripping tap?
Always isolate the water supply before repairing or replacing the tap . The tap body can be removed to reveal a rubber washer assembly or cartridge with ceramic disc fitted .Also should inspect tap seating if in good condition and if ok and good availability of spares then a repair can be done. If tap is quite old and worn etc , would recommend a well known brand of tap with a good warranty on the product
Why is there no water coming from my hot tap?
First of all you need to check that you have water to the rest of the hot taps in the property. If so it could be that the washer assembly or seating of the tap has collapsed .Also the filter to the spout on modern taps could have built up with limescale stopping the flow of water . If this still doesn’t solve the issue,then need to look at if you have sufficient water pressure in the pipework connected to the hot tap .
Why does my kitchen sink smell like rotten eggs?
In most cases the trap assembly and connected waste pipe work is partially blocked with food waste and stagnant waste water along with fats and soap which has congealed over time .Recommend taking apart waste assembly and cleaning out the affected section of pipe or trap assembly etc .Then refit and test all the pipework and to ensure your sink now drains efficiently
