A perfectionist multi-skilled craftsman from ceiling rework, floor levelling, heating pipe re-routing, re-plumbing water supplies and drains. hardware installation and tiling all with the utmost care, thought and skill. Attentive to all customer, requests and always seeks customer agreement with suggestions on how to proceed. Always cleans up at end of each work day and leaves the impression that perfection is more important than speed. Can't imagine a better choice for a total bathroom makeover.

Arrival on site very prompt (On time) and straight into the job in hand, which was to lay a hardwood flooring onto a HGV trailer which is not an everyday job for precision homes....BUT knowing Jacks expertise in working with wood then he had to be the man for this one. left site nice and tidy upon completion of all work.

Absolute professionalism from start to finish! Regular removal of rubbish throughout the job (No big unsightly build up). Jacks advice and ideas during the laying of our new patio were most welcome and resulted in a final job that exceeded all expectations. A very fair price for a 1st class job.

The guys laid a new patio taking up the old slate covering as well as repairing a number of stone steps that had cracked/broken. The finished job is excellent and we are very pleased. The work is first class. They tidied everything up at the end of each day. Jack organised everything, communicating with us at every step.

Jack identified the source of a shower leak by using keyhole surgery where I expected the whole shower would have to be ripped out. He then went on and repaired the leak without the major work I expected and made good the stained paintwork. The bigger job he then carried out was the installation of a very user friendly loft ladder and complete lay of loft flooring so we now have extra storage space. Good communication at all times from Jack which was much appreciated. Thank you for a brilliant job from start to finish.

New toilet fitted posted 21/02/2020

Jack was recommended to me by my neighbour who also thought very highly of him and his workmanship. I telephoned him to explain that my cistern wasn't working properly and arranged a date and time for him to come round and have a look. When he tried to undo the bolts holding the cistern, they just went round and round, so they were left soaked in WD40 until the next day when Jack came back again, but in the end we had to resort to Plan B - a new toilet system. I have to say nothing is too much trouble for him. He's always very polite, careful in his work, very tidy and even boots taken off at the door. Any questions I asked, he always answered. Couldn't ask for more - that's why I've given 5* for everything

Great service. Timber framework built and doors fitted within a day, just finishing on the following day. Clean and tidy work. Happy to provide advice on decorating framework. No issues with time management.
