Based on a recommendation, I contacted Adam to change a tap and carry out an annual boiler check and service it accordingly. Despite paying a £405 bill, he failed to send me the relevant certificate. This happened in Sept. 2023, I have called, emailed, texted him several times and he has ignore me completely. As a result, I now have no choice but to ask another plumber to carry out the service again as I need the certificate. Please do not use him as he is clearly not honest or trustworthy.

Best combi boiler would be Baxi due to them being outstanding with performance wise and also customer service which is outstanding if you have a breakdown and call before 10am they will be with you the same day or if after 10am it would be the next day if I had to pick another one it would be worcester bosch great boiler and also such a good looking boiler
