Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, tidy Absolutely outstanding service as always from mark at pipe it up plumbing! He fitted our boiler last year, job was done very professionally and looks amazing! Gave us lots more cupboard space. He gave us all the information we needed and more in order to pick the perfect boiler for us with a great warranty too! We’ve had him back this year to service our boiler very polite, friendly and professional! Will always use and recommend mark! Thanks again for all your hard work!

Mark was easy to get into contact with and booked us in to come round and quote us on a new boiler being installed, we received the quote the same day, it was the best price we had found and asked to be booked in for the work to be completed. Mark came and installed our new ideal logic boiler a few days later. He was right on time, explained the whole job process in a way we understood, his customer service was excellent he made us feel comfortable, and filled us with confidence that he was more than competent to safely install our new boiler. Mark completed the job in one day! Marks pipe work is a credit to him they are perfectly level, well presented and he also buffed them when he was finished to make them shiny! Mark cleaned up after himself and took the time to talk us through how the boiler functioned. Mark registered our boiler later that evening. His standard of work and customer service is a massive credit to him and I have recommended him to all of my family. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing issues.

How do you know if a radiator needs bleeding?
The best way to tell if your radiators around your home require bleeding, is to have the central heating running if the radiators are hot at the bottom but cold towards the top they need venting. Get your bleed key and vent from either top left or top right. Open vety slowly until you hear air coming out. Keep towel or tissue as once water comes out of vent job done
What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
The benefits to an unvented cylinder great water pressure throughout the house The ability to run more than one tap at a time The heat loss if far less than a conventional copper cylinder. There also the advantages of no longer having tanks in the loft removing something else that no longer requires looking after
Why does the pressure keep dropping on my combi boiler?
The most common cause is the expansion vessel needs recharging or replacing usually pressure relief relief valve changed at the same time. Possibly leak on the heating system Less common heat exchanger leaking into condense trap very rare tho. Full inspection of boiler required if the pressure relief is operational.
