What is the best combi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?

The best combi boiler for a two to three bedroom house will vary, I would go more by the way the occupants use their hot water. Generally, the hot water flow rate (litres per minute, at a given temperature rise) will depend on the kilowatt OUTPUT of the boiler. If a property only has one or two occupants with low water demand a 24 or 26 kWh model will suffice. If by contrast a family live there with large hot water demands and baths are needed quickly, then a 30-40 kWh model may be better suited. Bear in mind that the radiator requirement will almost always be met by the lower models as the radiators are not needing to be heated as quickly as tap water is.
