My boiler (19 years old) had failed its service and could no longer be used. Kieran sent me a detailed quote the same evening and moved things around in the diary to complete the work within three days. I was very impressed at the teams punctuality and workmanship. They tidied up after the job, took the time to explain everything and offered to come back if any issues. I would definitely contact again.

I had a leak coming through my hall ceiling from somewhere in my bathroom - have had two previous plumbers out to fix it but it persisted - but Nu Age plumbing came out and found the source easily and fixed that and also replaced the shower screen and plug thing all for less money than the previous chap who just put sealant round the bath and moved the shower screen. Very impressed - arrived with appropriate PPE to quote and were very open, friendly and efficient - job was done start to finish the following afternoon.

Phoned Saturday morning about a blocked toilet. Came out within the hour. Spent an hour with us & cured the problem. A messy job but no mess was left, extremely clean. We needed three different jobs to be done. All three were done with the minimum of fuss. The team were friendly and tidy (socks over shoes), and described what needed to be done to fix each problem. All this was done within 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Quite simply, this was the best service provided by a plumber that I have ever received. I recommend them highly to anybody in need of fast, friendly efficient service at a reasonable price.

We were recommended to Nu Age Plumbing and Heating and we will also recommend them on to others. Our job was in two parts, one to fix leaks and replace taps and then a week later to change over two water heaters for our bathroom sinks. This company is clean working, smartly presented, excellent time keeping and they are nice people to deal with. Kieran is an extremely competent plumber and came to replace a seized rising main stop cock. He completed this within half an hour and thus well within estimate so I also asked if could do a little replumbing job of a washing machine supply. Nothing was too much bother and he completed this job as well and the total cost was less than the estimate for just one job. His work is neat and the two of them respect my property, always leaving it clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommended.

I found these guys through a recommendation from my builder. They were outstandingly clean, tidy and thoroughly helpful. In many years of experiences with plumbers, I have generally found them to be more interested in getting finished than doing what I wanted but this was not the case with Kieran. We discussed everything before they started and they did exactly what I wanted, but offered helpful suggestions along the way. Their work is very neat and I was more than completely satisfied.

The team arrived on time, took the time to explain and done a walk through to what was going to happen. They were very respectful of the property considering it was a big job replacing and upgrading the boiler system diverting pipework and removing the old water tanks in the loft. They were very precise in the work and you could see they were very experienced in their field,once completed they made tidy and took the time to explain the new controls.
