Nathan was punctual (or sent a text to give updates), tidy and professional in his job which in the current climate was very reassuring. He made sure he clearly set out to us what needed doing and why and gave us options to resolve. He was always friendly and showed a passion for hi job even when dealing with the humble toilet. We would have no hesitation in using him again and would be happy to refer his services to friends and family.

I was using my spare time to do some DIY and decided to fix the squeaking floors boards upstairs on our landing. 2nd screw and I hit a water pipe and within seconds I had water everywhere! Within 15 minutes Nathan was at my door and fixed the issue within 5 minutes once we found the hidden stopcock! Very professional and would recommend to friends and family without hesitation, many thanks.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to find good plumbers who can provide quality work at reasonable price. We had used Nathan to fix and maintain our pool boiler and asked him to quote for replacement of our old house boiler. He gave good advice on the type of boiler, and did an efficient and tidy job in installing the new boiler. Would certainly recommend his work.

Nathan and his apprentice carried out an efficient and thorough service of our gas back boiler. They were clean and tidy and friendly. The price was very reasonable especially for a very time consuming service. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We originally booked Nathan to replace our old boiler (back in June). He fitted a new combi boiler and some radiators. His service, attention to detail and workmanship cannot be questioned. We subsequently booked him to replace our bath and again found him to be respectful, courteous and his work was first class. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nathan did an excellent job fixing our shower! The previous house owners had left it in a bit of a state, causing it to not work properly. Nathan discussed the issue and suggested a number of solutions and had it fixed in no time. Couldn't fault the service!
