He came within hours of my call during the very cold spell despite being very busy. He got my boiler up and running and even texted the next day to see if everything was OK. I was very impressed.

Marcus turned up in the evening with just a few hours notice because we were without heating.He was polite, efficient,knew exactly what he was taking about and didn't try to rip us off.He made sure the job was done properly before he left and I will definitely be calling him again for boiler service.

Our boiler had broken down and we have elderly visitors staying. No heat and no hot water. Marcus responded witching an hour of my call. Stripped down the boiler to get to the fault. Some plumbers would have just said we needed a new part to make more money. Not Marcus! Worked hard to discover what was wrong and fixed it, he wouldn't be beaten by our boiler! Thank you Marcus, we are toasty warm this evening and the water is now hot. Would recommend Marcus without hesitation, superb service!

Marcus was prepared to come out very late in the evening to solve our cistern problem. He was super efficient ensuring that everything worked as it should. He is obviously a meticulous professional and I am pleased that at last Ihave a reliable plumber to call when I have a problem and one Ican wholeheartedly recommend.

An old pipe work had deteriorated to the point of needing weekend Call-out support. Marcus responded quickly and we agreed a course of repairs and he completed the work to a high standard and with diligence, rechecking the work to ensure we were left safe and secure. We have been using Marcus for several years for our boiler servicing but he has also come out and donw emergency out of hours repair work on our boiler for us before. He is always reliable and trustworthy and does a good job. We wouldn't use anyone else now and always recommend him to friends and neighbors

I can not say how grateful I am to Marcus. After he came out to investigate my boiler he found that the flue had rotted away inside , thankfully he made the appliance safe and booked us in for a repair later in the week ,he's workmanship is second to none and I would highly recommend him to all my friends . Honestly he turns up on time. Protects me work surface with a cover and puts his tool bag safely to one side. Then get this.....he listens...yep..listens to my boiler and tells me he can fix it. I trusted Marcus with keys to my house as i went to work. Had a text couple of hours later saying boiler fixed. And keys through letter box. I immediately rang him back to sort payment. Boilers been working fine ever since. He has talked me through the importance of an annual service which i am now going to do. Thanks m.s.m for great service. 10/10
