Robs approach to removing our "antique" boiler and the new fit were just perfect and a lot less hassle and disturbance than we expected, he did all the paperwork for us too and we now have a boiler with a 10 year parts and labour warranty and at such a great price.

Rob was punctual, polite, extremely tidy and professional. He was respectful of my home at all times and did a thorough job for an excellent price. Usually having a tradesman in your home can feel intimidating if you’re a lone female with children but Rob made us all feel at ease and I will use him and M&M for years to come. Thoroughly recommend!

Rob attended on 2 days, the first to service and the 2nd within a very short time, to repair. He and Emma were communicative and helpful through out and worked well to my timetabling needs. Job was done quickly, with little fuss and by explaining the issues properly. Really very pleased and has put my mind at ease coming up to Xmas. Will definitely want to use the service again.

I employed Rob to replace my daughter's old gas back-boiler with a new Combi-Boiler, with accompanying new radiators and pipework throughout. Rob and his team also supplied and installed a new bathroom suite, along with plastering and tiling the room. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the work carried out- a very high standard/ efficient & professional/ nothing was too much trouble. Rob was happy to answer endless questions and I felt in safe hands. Very happy that I employed this company for the job.

We partitioned a large bedroom into 2 smaller rooms, and employed Rob to change the existing radiator for 2 smaller radiators, along with all the necessary pipework changes. Rob was knowledgeable and friendly- very efficient & tidy in his work. Very pleased with the end result & at a great price too.
