Martyn was friendly and informative from the first contact, which set us at ease. When he came to quote he ran through various options, boiler types and the warrantees available. Martyn supplied a clear and concise written quotation, sent by email which also showed their gas safe credentials and contact info. From start to finish Martyn has been easy to contact and replies promptly.They started and finished the work on time leaving my wife & I are very happy with the finished job.

Martyn was the second plumber I had called in to try to solve the leak problem in the bathroom. He arrived on time, and despite having to dismantle a vanity unit, found the leak at the back to the toilet, had the part required in his van and fixed it less than half an hour. Very pleasant and friendly and I would have no problem in recommending him to any of my friends.

A Grand Job which took 1 half-day NOT a full 2 as planned posted 13/06/2018

Arrived early morning to replace the stack-pipe @ side of house and 2 smaller pipes (deteriorating fast) from sink & washing machine. Efficient at job (& quiet) too = a GRAND JOB with piece-of-mind to a 78-y.o.-widower. It was a job which was much delayed in the planning but over in double-quick time. A 5-star team of 2 who deserve much praise for a JOB WELL DONE.

When out heating packed in, Martyn quickly identified the problem, and repaired it for us. Another plumber had visited twice and failed to identify the problem. Martyn provided a very personal, efficient, and good quality service. I would highly recommend MJE Plumbing and we will use their services again in the future.
